Public Realm Master Plan

DesignWorks provided master planning, urban design and landscape architecture services for The Beach Company. The project is a mixed use residential infill project on the banks of The Columbia Canal and the Congaree River. The public realm includes walkable streets and the creation of a new waterfront park that ties into the city esplanade and the overall waterfront initiative. The plan includes single family homes, townhomes; both rental and for-sale units that compliment each other and add to the growth of downtown Columbia.
