Master Plan, Site Design and Construction Plans

The proposed plans illustrate the new construction of a second open air storage building to match existing, along with relocated dock, landscape improvements, including new paving, plantings and courtyard to the existing facility. The proposed layout for the Cinder Creek canoe storage and courtyard responds to its location along the bend of Cinder Creek. The orientation of the proposed buildings and nodes of intervention tell the geomorphic story of the creek. The design also allows for the expansion of future canoe storage facilities and trail system.
