Master Plan

Christophe Harbour encompasses St. Kitts’ southeast peninsula, which features more than 2,500 acres, access to six secluded beaches, a 300-acre salt pond, and mountains rising to 1,000 feet above sea level. Plans include three luxury hotels, harbor facilities for more than 400 yachts and mega-yachts, and a highend restaurant retail district. The harbour, with 300 slips, will offer an array of world class marina oriented services and amenities. The island will also boast a Tom Fazio designed golf course. Special attention is focused on preserving and enhancing the natural coastal environment of St. Kitts while supporting the community. DesignWorks is leading the effort to plan and design the harbour which will serve as the social and entertainment center for the southern portion of St. Kitts.
