Master Plan for Recreation Facility

In collaboration with the College of Charleston, and the Town of Mt. Pleasant, a recreation facility at Patriots Point was established. This sports complex incorporates a soccer, baseball, and softball stadium, practice fields for each, an athletic building with rest-rooms, locker-rooms, press boxes, conference rooms, concession areas, a ticket booth, and nine tennis courts with tennis facilities. Five soccer fields, were built for the Town of Mt. Pleasant with parking for the entire facility.

The Sports facility hosts The College of Charleston baseball, softball and soccer games as well as practice fields for the Town of Mt. Pleasant activities. The design of the facility was finished in 1997 with construction completing in 2000.
