Seaside Grove, a 156 unit multi-family community, located in Myrtle Beach directly adjacent to the World Tour Golf Course is most notable for its proximity to the edge of Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Originally completed in 2002, the property was acquired by the Beach Company in 2005 and preceded through an image rebranding. DesignWorks was commissioned to provide a Design-Build service for the site improvements around the clubhouse, pool, playground, and lakeside common area. The contracted work included the preparation of several sketches and a cost estimate for presentation purposes, while the majority of the work was performed in the field with the site/landscape contractor. The improvements included the installation of large plant material, aesthetic landscape lighting, irrigation and drainage upgrades. Completed in October of 2005, the rebranding not only increased the roadside exposure but has strengthened the communities sense of arrival. |
