Rushland is a hundred acre rural island located off of Johns Island, South Carolina. The waterfront residential community has 123 lots that retain the rural ambiance and is developed around a set of core values. The core values include protecting and enhancing the natural environment, architecture that is indigenous, timeless and secondary to nature, authentically, simplicity, and a respect for the history of the area.
